..Having said all of this, it was commonly thought for some time that eating was a trigger for me and this was something that I was inclined to agree with. Perhaps to some extent, eating and blood sugar levels are relevant, similar to the way in which sleep (or lack of it) plays a part in seizure control. Many of my seizures seemed to occur while I was eating and this was obviously a major obstacle. The seizures happened everywhere - at work, at home, at restaurants - and this did cause some discomfort at times. But from this uninvited regularity transpires my most recalled epilepsy tale. It’s the clear favourite amongst my friends who participate in my ailment and it serves as an example that there is much-craved laughter to be found..
